Description:
Abby is a very calm dog that wants to be next to her human. She is looking to join a family where someone is at home most of the time. A few cozy dog beds around the house would be an extra treat. She is a loving dog, she wants to be held and loved on. Older calm children would be fine but Abby does not like small energetic children. Abby is good with other small dogs. Abby would do fine without a fenced yard if she is taken for walks regularly; she loves to stroll and sniff around the neighborhood. Abby is living in a foster home with 5 other dogs and she engages with the pack. She happily joins them for potty or for playtime in our fenced yard. Abby likes to play with squeaky toys. She takes correction very easily if needed but that is not needed often, she likes to please. Abby is food motivated, eager as she may be she takes treat gently. Everyone who meets Abby love her, she is a complete package of good looks and pleasant demeanor. Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
