Bailey has settled in really well in her foster home and is good in the house. She hasn't had any accidents in the house since getting de-wormed.  She is extremely sweet and surprisingly calm in the house; she just wants to be cuddled at night. She whines initially in her crate but quickly calms down once she realizes that its bed time. 

She plays well with other dogs her size, but would probably do best with a slow introduction as she does have a pretty dominant personality.  She is very gentle with kids and humans, but she does jump up a bit right now and her foster mom is working with her on that. She is very smart and learns commands quickly.

When Bailey first arrived in her foster home she was a bit possessive with her food but she has gotten much better. She will; however, snatch food off the counter if you aren't keeping a close eye on her. She tolerates toys being taken from her very well considering the resident dog does that almost constantly if we give them both a toy. 

Bailey should make a wonderful companion to a family or single person that is active outdoors and will play with her. Once she decides who her people are she loves them immensely.  

Bailey is UTD on vaccines and microchipped.  She will be spayed soon.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.  Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
