Hi everybody! My name is Maverick! 
I did not get a very good start in life! I was chained outside by myself and I did not get feed every day. I am learning so many new things and guess what..... I get to sleep inside now! I love toys and people. I’m a go with the flow kind of guy. My foster mom has 2 chihuahua’s, they didn’t like me much at first so I got a slow introduction because I was not sure about them either! Lol! Who knew chihuahuas don’t like to be sniffed all the time! (I had to learn little dog manners! I’m pretty good at it now) 
I am learning how to be an inside dog! It’s all so new to me! My foster mom’s says I am super smart and need a family that can can help me continue to learn because I really like sleeping inside! 

Could you be the family that can be patient with me and continue to teach me? Oh and did I tell you I am a snuggler? Yup! So I can repay you with tons of snuggles!

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.  Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
