UPDATE 6-9-17

Emma still hasn't found her forever home yet. She's been with her foster for 10 mos. now and has thrived .
   She's :
* 3 years old
* UTD on her shots
* spade
* LOVES children!
* good with dogs if their non aggressive and they're introduced right
* cats are still an unknown
* good with horses

We would like to see Emma go to a home that has kids may be a stay at home parent and lives on the farm. If there's a Male in the home he will need to be patient and loves dogs, he needs to be soft-spoken as Emma still is fearful of men after being suspected of being abused by one. She's warmed up to my husband and sleeps by him in bed which proves once they've earned her trust she's great with them but it will take time.
I can't think of a more deserving dog Then Emma to find a loving home.

````
This is Beautiful Emma Joy! She has a wonderful personality, loves balls, and her walks. Emma Joy is completely house trained, leash trained and sleeps through the night. Emma Joy is so sweet and friendly and just loves her people! She is good with other dogs but does require a proper introduction. She truly deserves her happy ending and to find her forever home where she will be nothing short of spoiled for the rest of her life!
UPDATE: Emma Joy's leg has mended nicely and she's ready for her forever home. Ideally she would thrive in a home where the family has one member that is home a lot. It would be her dream if they have children as she loves them of all ages .
She also needs a good size yard to play in. She does well with other dogs if introduced the right way and if they're mild-mannered. She would probably do better with a male dog and cats are unknown. She does great with horses though.
She's been fostered since September 1, 2016 with no possible adopters as of yet.
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
